Tea for reducing swelling and water retention

1. Wash a small bunch of fresh parsley.

 

 

2. Chop the parsley leaves and stems.

 

 

3. Boil 1 cup of water.

 

 

4. Add 2–3 teaspoons of parsley to the hot water.

 

 

5. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.

 

 

6. Strain and drink warm.
