Ingredients:
5–7 whole cloves
1 cup of water
Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
1. Add the water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Once boiling, add the cloves.
3. Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
4. Strain the water into a cup.
5. (Optional) Add honey or a squeeze of lemon for flavor.
6. Drink warm.
