Eggs are one of the most versatile foods in the kitchen, and this recipe takes them to a whole new level! Instead of the usual fried or poached eggs, here we create fluffy cloud-like eggs that are soft on the inside and beautifully set on the outside. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even as a side dish, these eggs look impressive and taste amazing.
Ingredients:
6–8 fresh eggs
2–3 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable, sunflower, or olive oil)
Pinch of salt
Optional: black pepper, paprika, or herbs for extra flavor
Instructions:
Heat the oil
Pour the oil into a deep frying pan and heat it over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
Crack the eggs
Carefully crack each egg, keeping the yolk intact. Gently slide them one by one into the hot oil.
Fry gently
The egg whites will puff up and turn fluffy while the yolks stay whole. Allow them to cook for about 2–3 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like the yolk.
Remove and drain
Use a slotted spoon to lift the eggs from the oil. Place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve
Arrange the fluffy eggs on a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, or garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
