Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta with Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

 

For the Pasta:

 

300 g spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)

 

2 tbsp butter

 

4 garlic cloves, minced

 

1 cup heavy cream

 

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

 

½ cup pasta water (reserved)

 

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

 

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

 

 

For the Honey Garlic Chicken:

 

500 g boneless chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

 

2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)

 

3 garlic cloves, minced

 

¼ cup soy sauce

 

¼ cup honey

 

2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for a tangy flavor)

 

½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)

 

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

 

 

 

 

Instructions

 

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

 

1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

 

 

2. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

 

 

 

Step 2: Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce

 

1. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 min).

 

 

2. Pour in heavy cream and stir.

 

 

3. Add parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.

 

 

4. Stir in a little pasta water if sauce is too thick.

 

 

5. Season with salt and pepper.

 

 

6. Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.

 

 

 

Step 3: Cook the Honey Garlic Chicken

 

1. Season chicken with salt & pepper.

 

 

2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

 

 

3. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté briefly.

 

 

4. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and ketchup. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.

 

 

5. Return chicken to the pan, toss to coat evenly.

 

 

 

Step 4: Serve

 

Plate the creamy garlic parmesan pasta.

 

Add honey garlic chicken on the side.

 

Garnish with chopped parsley.
