Cheese with Peanut Butter and Honey.

Ingredients:

 

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat, depending on preference)

 

1–2 tbsp peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

 

1–2 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

 

 

 

 

📝 Instructions:

 

1. Scoop the cottage cheese into a bowl.

 

 

2. Add peanut butter on one side.

 

 

3. Drizzle honey over the top.

 

 

4. Mix everything together or eat as-is for different textures

 

Fresh fruit (banana slices, berries, or apple chunks)

 

A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder

 

Chopped nuts or granola for crunch

 

A pinch of sea salt to balance flavors
