Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade, thawed if frozen)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven – Set to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare Puff Pastry – Roll out puff pastry slightly on a floured surface. Cut into squares (about 3×3 inches).
3. Make Filling – In a small bowl, mix shredded cheese with cream cheese (if using) and a pinch of garlic powder.
4. Fill & Fold – Place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square. Fold into a triangle and press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
5. Egg Wash & Topping – Brush tops with beaten egg. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
6. Bake – Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
7. Cool & Serve – Let them cool slightly before serving (the cheese inside will be very hot).
