Turmeric Foot Soak Recipe
Ingredients:
4–5 cups warm water (enough to cover your feet in a basin)
1–2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon sea salt (optional, for detox and relaxation)
1 tablespoon baking soda (optional, for softening skin)
A few drops of essential oil (lavender, tea tree, or peppermint – optional)
Instructions:
1. Fill a basin with warm water.
2. Add turmeric powder and stir until dissolved.
3. Mix in salt, baking soda, and essential oil if using.
4. Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes.
5. Rinse feet with clean water to avoid turmeric stains.
6. Pat dry and moisturize with coconut oil or a natural lotion.
