Natural Heart Health Tonic Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

 

1 cup apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)

 

1 cup honey (preferably raw)

 

1 cup ginger juice (freshly extracted)

 

1 cup garlic juice (freshly extracted)

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mix lemon juice, ginger juice, garlic juice, and apple cider vinegar in a pot.

 

 

2. Boil on low heat for about 30 minutes until reduced to about half.

 

 

3. Let it cool, then add honey and stir well.

 

 

4. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

 

 

 

Dosage: Take 1 tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach.
