Ginger Lemon Detox Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup hot water

 

1 tsp freshly grated ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)

 

Juice of ½ lemon

 

1 tsp honey (optional)

 

A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for metabolism boost)

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Boil water and pour into a cup.

 

 

2. Add the grated ginger and let steep for 5 minutes.

 

 

3. Strain if needed.

 

 

4. Mix in lemon juice and honey.
