Anti-aging night gel made with rice,

Ingredients

 

½ cup rice (white or brown)

 

2 cups water

 

1 tbsp aloe vera gel

 

1 tbsp honey (optional, for hydration)

 

1 tsp almond oil or vitamin E oil

 

A few drops of essential oil (lavender or rose, optional)

 

 

 

 

🥣 Instructions

 

1. Cook the rice:

 

Boil the rice in 2 cups of water until it becomes soft.

 

Strain it, but save the rice water (it’s great as a toner).

 

 

 

2. Make a rice paste:

 

Blend the cooked rice until smooth and creamy.

 

 

 

3. Mix the gel:

 

Add aloe vera gel, honey, and almond/vitamin E oil to the rice paste.

 

Mix until you get a smooth cream-like texture.

 

 

 

4. Store:

 

Transfer to a clean, airtight jar.

 

Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

At night, cleanse your face.

 

Apply a thin layer of the rice gel.

 

Massage gently and leave it overnight.

 

Rinse with lukewarm water in the morning.
