Ingredients:
1–2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
2 cups of water
Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rosemary sprigs well.
2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
3. Add the rosemary sprigs into the boiling water.
4. Let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
5. Strain the liquid into a cup.
6. Add honey or lemon if desired.
7. Drink warm, preferably after meals.
