Ingredients:
1 cup white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
2 cups warm water (enough to dilute)
Optional: 1 tablespoon salt (for extra cleansing), or 2–3 drops of tea tree oil (antifungal).
Instructions:
1. Mix vinegar and warm water in a basin (or in sealed bags as shown).
Ratio: about 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water (don’t use pure vinegar—it can irritate skin).
2. Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes.
3. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
4. Repeat 2–3 times per week as needed.
⚠️ Caution:
Don’t use if you have open wounds, cracked skin, eczema, or diabetes-related foot problems, unless cleared by a doctor.
Vinegar is acidic and can irritate sensitive skin if used too strong or too often.
