8 Benefits and Uses of Thyme

Ingredients:

 

1 teaspoon dried thyme (or a few fresh sprigs)

 

1 cup hot water

 

Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Boil 1 cup of water.

 

 

2. Add dried thyme (or fresh sprigs).

 

 

3. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.

 

 

4. Strain and drink.

 

 

5. Add honey or lemon if desired.

 

 

 

⚠️ Important Note:

 

While thyme tea has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, there is no solid scientific evidence that it unclogs arteries or cures arthritis.

 

It may help with digestion, coughs, and mild inflammation, but it should not replace prescribed medication or medical advice.
