Hack to Remove Sticky Labels from Jars in 1 Minute

Ingredients / Supplies:

 

Warm water

 

Baking soda

 

Cooking oil (vegetable, olive, or coconut oil works)

 

A bowl or sink

 

 

Steps:

 

1. Fill a bowl or sink with warm water.

 

 

2. Add a few tablespoons of baking soda and stir until dissolved.

 

 

3. Add a splash (about 1–2 tablespoons) of cooking oil.

 

 

4. Submerge the jar in the mixture for about 10–15 minutes.

 

 

5. Lift out the jar, and the label should slide right off with zero sticky residue.

 

 

6. If any glue remains, rub gently with your fingers or a sponge.
