Homemade Rosemary Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup fresh or dried rosemary leaves
1 cup carrier oil (olive oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil)
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry rosemary leaves thoroughly.
2. Place the leaves in a clean, dry glass jar.
3. Pour carrier oil over the leaves until they are fully submerged.
4. Seal the jar and let it sit in a warm spot (sunny window or warm shelf) for 2–3 weeks, shaking it every couple of days.
5. Strain out the rosemary leaves and store the oil in a dark glass bottle.

🌱 How to Use:
For Joint/Muscle Pain:
Massage a few drops onto sore joints or muscles.
(Optional: mix with a few drops of peppermint or eucalyptus oil for extra relief.)
For Hair Growth:
Mix a few drops with carrier oil and massage into the scalp.
Leave it on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight), then wash your hair.
Use 2–3 times a week.
