simple recipe for Garlic Honey

  1. Ingredients:

1 cup raw honey (preferably organic, unpasteurized)

8–12 fresh garlic cloves (peeled)

Instructions:

1. Peel the garlic cloves – crush them slightly with the flat side of a knife (this helps release beneficial compounds like allicin).

2. Place the garlic in a clean glass jar.

3. Pour honey over the garlic until all cloves are completely submerged.

4. Close the jar with a lid.

5. Fermentation option (optional): Leave it at room temperature for 2–3 days to start mild fermentation, then store in a cool, dark place.

6. After about a week, it’s ready to use. The longer it sits, the more the flavors blend.

How to Use:

Take 1 clove daily (with some honey) on an empty stomach for immunity and energy.

Can also be used as a natural cough syrup or added to warm tea (not boiling hot, to preserve nutrients).
